Default Just learning Flash

I am new to Flash and need help with a few things :

What are the steps to resize a banner ad and to link the ad to a web page.

This is for a class so I don't have a real page in mind.

Thanks for any help you can give.

:confused;

Can you describe in more detail what you mean by resizing the ad? There are a
couple of possibilities as to what that means.

As far as linking it, one usual method would be to place an invisible button
over the entire ad and use that to link to a new URL.

Hi Schaleda.

I have a three part tutorial on creating a banner in Flash - it's for CS3, but
it's follow-able in CS4 if you're using that.
Part 1 starts here:
http://www.adobe.com/designcenter/fl...flash_pt1.html

It will help you understand the fundamental concepts of Flash while you're at
it (and also helps you resize the document, add the content, links, make it
work online, and so on).
