It's best to be honest with clients and tell them when you can't do things.

It sounds like you need to start at the beginning. After you've finished the
tutorials that come with Flash, get a good basic book on Flash production. Some
suggestions are: "Flash CS3 for Designers", "Adobe Flash CS3 Professional
Classroom in a Book", "Flash CS3 Professional Bible". Then go to
http://www.gotoandlearn.com and go through each and every example. Learn to use
Actionscript 3. There is no need to learn AS2 if you are starting out. There is
no need to find CS4 specific books or material to learn to create sites like
you list.

Once you get started come back to the forums with questions and show some
examples of your work.

I see you took out your request for advice. I'm not trying to be a b_stard,
but it's hard to offer anything more than what Rob just did, which is along the
lines of what I was going to say originally (almost exactly)--but I thought it
might be read sarcastically so I opted for what I offered. Rob managed to put
it bluntly but politely.

To tell you how to design those sites requires going thru a myriad of the
functionality that Flash provides--from basic to complex--something that
couldn't possibly be answered here--something you have to tackle via education
(self or otherwise). So the best answer you're likely to get here for now is
that to build them you need to learn how to.

You might make a February deadline if you can find several hours a day
to dedicate to learning Flash--be prepared for lost sleep, stupification, and
hair loss.

If we are mistaken, and you do have experience designing with Flash, then try
to narrow down what things you specifically wonder about.

While folks that help out here will often go the extra mile (it's entirely
volunteered), it's rare to get someone to hand over a solution just by saying
you want something--which alot of people do. It's easier and more enticing to
help someone when their posting shows they have put some effort into trying to
get something to work, and can show the code that's troubling them.
