Default Change text color when page loads

I have some text I've converted to a movie clip and want to have it change from one color to another when the page loads. Can I do that in actionscript 3?

Hi awsweb,

Have a look in the Flash Help docs for getRGB() and setRGB().

I'm a actionscript 2 user, but i dont think these commands would have been changed much.
