I have flash and i can't find a full tutorial on how to make a template like
this: http://www.arsthanea.com/#/news/ I am very good with most of Adobe CS4
programs please and thank you for all your help I also have all of the CS4
programs so if i need to use more than one its okay

I doubt you will find a full tutorial for building a particular web site's
Flash presentation. You should break it into tasks and resolve each one
sequencially. What elements of that site do you think you have a handle on
already? Which do you not?
