Sometimes IE with SP2 prevents you from previewing pages with active content
in them or warns that it has restricted the file from showing active
content.
Active content is something that requires an active x control, such as
flash.

To top it popping up you need to use code included by dreamweaver called
mark of web. look up the full meanin of this in your dreamweaver help files
if you want to know more. but to add it read below;

Open page which you want to add mark of web.

Click commands on the menu bar, and then click insert mark of web

save page

view in browser. the page should now display without warnings.

To stop it displaying without going into Dreamweaver:

Open Internet Explorer,
Tools > Internet Options
Click on the Advanced tab
Scroll down to the category called Security
Check "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer"
Click OK and restart Internet Explorer. The file should work with no
message.
