Default Shifting text in Dreamweaver CS3 Design View

Am using Project Seven's CSSLayout PagePack 3 col FlexWidth template in
Dreamweaver CS3. For whatever reason, the text in the center column keeps
shifting over and spilling into the left column in the Dreamweaver CS3
Design window. I can use Tab to shift it back into the center column. It
displays fine in web browser; it is more of an irritant than anything, since
it is not behaving in WYSIWYG fashion. The site can be found here for now:
http://www.keepsmilingplumbing.com/fairview/

In particular, I have been working on this page when it happens:

http://www.keepsmilingplumbing.com/f...D_ME_FIRST.htm

(I am creating a basic site for an HTML newbie to administer in Dreamweaver
MX for the new school year)

Can anyone spot anything in the code or style sheet that might be wrong? It
validates successfully in both Dreamweaver and W3C validators. Is there some
Dreamweaver setting I need to tweak?
Any solutions certainly welcome.
