Default Burn to a CD

I have a project that requires a Flash file to be loaded onto a CD that will
autorun.

1. What do I need to do to insure it plays, even if the user doesn't have a
Flash Player installed on their computer? Are there additional files that I can
place on the CD, so it will play in any/all situations?

2. What do I need to do to insure it will play on either a MAC or a PC.

3. Is it best to save it out as a SWF file or a Projector file (not to
familiar with Projector files)?

Thanks,

You need to publish it as a MAC and PC Projector for both platforms to play.
This will make it self executable and stand alone without the need for Flash
player installed on any machine.
Then burn both projectors and any other files the Flash might be running off
of to CD and test

I also want to burn a CD containing a flash animation, and I would like it to
run both on PC and Mac.

I don't know how to publish as a "MAC and PC projector" as you say.
I only have 2 projections choices: pc projection which is an exe and mac
projection which is a .hqx, as you can see:

Do I have to check both pc projection and mac projection ?

Then what do I have to do ? burn the CD under pc or mac ?

The autorun for pc will launch the exe file, but what will happen in mac ?
I already tried with the .hqx file and it didn't launch anything in my mac.

Could you please help me ?
I'm a mac newbie so that's not easy at all for me...
