Default Quicktime Failed Import

I have several quicktime files that have been captured and/or exported from
Final Cut Pro that upon dragging and dropping onto Media Encoder's interface an
error pops up saying that the files cannot be imported.

I have tried several dozen ~3 minute clips and a couple of them work fine, but
most do not... I cannot find a difference between the ones that work and the
ones that do not.

Any idea what could be going on? They are all Final Cut Pro DV files.

We just posted to another user a similar topic.
You need to convert your Videos to flv (Google for free converters)
You will need a Player to see these, once they are converted (Google for a
free flv Player)

Good luck!
