Feature request:

2-Pass VBR encoding
AAC standard

Q. Does FME support duel processors? With VP6?
Q. Can or will VP6 ever support Quad-core processing.

No it doesn't with VP6. But, yes it does with H.264.
Q. Can or will VP6 ever support Quad-core processing.
Very likely in coming releases.

yes there is. You can see it on the FME website they're showing verison 3 coming soon.

Any particular tuner cards? What did you mean by instant record? How do you want to use API?

Support for a Hauppauge Nova-HD-S2 card - Im sure others will be along
shortly with other card requests ;-)

Instant record: our boxes take 2 seconds from the GUI or 7 seconds after a
command prompt request to record until they actually start recording. (twin
osprey 540's in a server crate).

SDK to better integrate and control FME within apps. Command line control
seems clunky.

Why not store a wishlist matrix somewhere in the support area?

Instant Record feature would be a very valuable asset to us. "Timing" the when it will really start has become an art from for us.
