Hi Audrey ... and thanks for dropping by the Captivate user forums.

Adobe has a product - a part of Acrobat I believe - named "Adobe
Capture
", which as I understand it, does pretty much what you are
looking to accomplish. But this is a forum for users of Adobe
Captivate
, a product that is no relation to the one you are asking
about, it is doubtful you will find meaningful answers here (but we can hope, I
guess).

I would recommend you go to Google and run a search for "Adobe Capture". I
think you might find better information that way. Have a nice day and best of
