ABSOLUTELY YES! I've been using Illustrator for a while now, and long enough to really miss FreeHand. There's no contest in ease of use.

ABSOLUTELY YES! I've been using Illustrator for a while now, and long enough to really miss FreeHand. There's no contest in ease of use.

Adobe did not buy FH, they bought Flash.

Of course they will not sell FreeHand and give away patents and technology they can use in Illustrator and in other products.

I don't like Adobe much better than you do but the company I really hated was Macromedia. Especially for their featureless buggy 'marketing upgrades' and totally ignorat and very arrogant tech support.

Adobe did not buy FH, they bought Flash.
