Default Toolbar missing
FreeHand does not display a tool bar palette anymore despite toggling
the obvious toolbar commands in the menu bar (under window and view).
I also discarded the application preference file without success.

Anyone have any ideas?

Check out this technote. Post again if none of the suggestions work.
