Ok how can i save the graphic as a JPEG or something similar?

You can't save as jpeg but you can export. (File > Export)

Export filters in FreeHand are adequate but if you want even better
quality export as ai or eps and open with Photoshop for fine tuning (or
simply 'copy special' and paste into a new Photoshop document. Also,
Fireworks is a very good tool for rendering small text.
