I am trying to design pages for an article to be published in our university
magazine (am extremely newbie and trying to save money). Instead while I was importing a table-image on a new page, I discovered that the rest of the 6 pages are now locked and are un-editable.. how did it happen, I have no idea.. I opened other articles and they are all editable, except this one.. so my question is: how do i unlock or unfreeze or edit these pages? please note that the entire document is not locked.. just the first 6 pages of it.. plz help coz I need to finish design by next week.. |

If you are able to select objects, check to see if you have locked them. I like to keep the Info Toolbar open, because it displays a lock status icon. It also tells you at a glance what kind of object is selected. Check in the layers panel to see if you have locked layers. Perhaps you made master pages. Check in the Document Panel. I you accidentally selected all on a page and ran the Convert to Image command, the objects would be converted to a single raster image. Judy Arndt |
