I have Freehand10 in XP home 2002 Sp2. It used to be on my old computer that
had XP Pro 2002 Sp2.
When I try to open any pdf file (old or new version, none of them works), I
only get a blank page with nothing on it. Even if I have just made the pdf
myself. Importing pdf does not work either.
And when I try to import or open ai file (even if I have just exported it from
a Freehand file), I only get a rectangle with cross, and the info window says
it is eps.
The same Freehand version in my old computer did show the pdf's and ai's, and
I looked that all the preferences are the same in this one. What the h*** is
wrong with this?
I already removed the Fh10 from this computer, restarted, and installed it
again, but the problem persists. There is no help in any troubleshooting or
other support pages, and you may guess that I have googled, and googled, and
googled... Please help me before I have pulled all the hair out of my scalp!
