How many digits including letters are there suppose to be in the freehand mx
11, I think it should be 6+5+5+5= 21. Right?
Also the serial number is always inside the box Right?
Adobe tech support told the person I was trying to help that the serial number
is on the outside of the box and is 24 characters and then would not help them
because there was not a 24 character serial number on the out side of the box.

Are you sure tech support wasn't asking for other numbers which would be on
the outside of the box? It may that Adobe is having problems with pirated,
boxed copies of software. Where was the software purchased?

I have had problems installing a stand-alone FHMX serial number when Studio
MX had been installed on the machine. I think I finally gave up and used the
Studio number. Has this person ever installed Studio MX?
