I am having a problem with one drawing. I imported some text from Word, then
using the Inspector set the size for the Text Box. Then all the text in the
multipage document changed to gray line. It doesn't matter what size, they all
show as grey lines until I zoom in to 400%. I have checked the preferences
redraw and it is set to 8 pixels. I have saved and reopened the drawing
confused. No other drawing is effected, only that one. Can't find any mention
of this anywhere in help or support.

There is four preview modes that can be selected from the menu at the bottom (default) of the screen.

Fast Preview, which you probaly have selected, shows all text as gray lines (Greeked Text). View menu at the top also has Fast Mode option.
