I'm looking for a better way of getting highest possible line resolutions in
graphic exports from FreeHand to MS WORD. Until now, I've been using FreeHand 11 as a means to produce high quality line drawings for patent applications. It's been ok. I've been bringing in content as PDFs from CAD programs, and then enhancing line widths and other aspects using FreeHand. When finished, I've been just copying the selected graphics to the Windows clipboard and pasting into PC Paint. Then I've copied right back to the clipboard and pasted into a MS WORD doc. My target. This has been ok (and quick) for simple graphics. Recently, I've tried FreeHand's export as BMP, TIFF, JPG and other formats. So far, the BMP seems best, but I seem to be limited to 300 DPH by FreeHands settings choices, and to an anti-aliasing level of 4. While this is a slight improvement over the simple cut and paste route, especially when magnified, printed comparisons are not that different.. Does anyone have a better idea? I'd like the graphics qualities of exports into MS WORD to rival those I create directly inside WORD using MS WORD's resident draw tools. So far I'm stumbling. THANKS!!! I'd really appreciate some help! :grin; |
