Default Page Set up Issue in Flex with Different ScreenResolutions

Good afternoon,
I understand this is probably going to be a fairly basic question. But I
really need help on this. I created the shell of this website in Flex. Someone
else added the content. http://www.umaryland.edu/etc/bin-debug/innovation.html
But I can't seem to figure out how to one center it in any type of screen
resolution. It looks fine in 1280 but it doesn't look good in 1024 by 768. If
anyone could tell me how I can make this fluid with any screen resolution, I
would be very grateful. Take care - Julie
