Default mxmlc - "Unable to resolve resource bundle "rpc" forlocale "en_US"

I'm attempting to compile a project that complies just fine using the Flex
Builder plugin on linux. But when I compile via the mxmlc command line
compiler I get these odd errors:

Error: Unable to resolve resource bundle "SharedResources" for locale "en_US".
Error: Unable to resolve resource bundle "rpc" for locale "en_US".
Error: Unable to resolve resource bundle "rpc" for locale "en_US".
Error: Unable to resolve resource bundle "SharedResources" for locale "en_US".
Error: Unable to resolve resource bundle "logging" for locale "en_US".
Error: Unable to resolve resource bundle "messaging" for locale "en_US".
Error: Unable to resolve resource bundle "messaging" for locale "en_US".

Error: Unable to resolve resource bundle "messaging" for locale "en_US".
Error: Unable to resolve resource bundle "messaging" for locale "en_US".
Error: Unable to resolve resource bundle "states" for locale "en_US".

the command I'm executing is:

mxmlc -source-path src -library-path libs
~/bin/flex_builder_alpha_4/sdks/3.0.0/frameworks/l ibs -output myApp.swf
myApp.mxml

'src' is just where all my source code is. 'libs' is where I have all the swc
files I'm using. Now you'll notice that I have specified the path to the
standard flex frameworks, do I always have to do this when using mxmlc? Or is
there something wonky about my code that is creating that requirement? Because
I complied a quick application with just a button in it and I didn't have to
add the flex framework into the include path.

Thanks for taking the time to read.

Hmm, that doesn't really help too much. But my question was pretty specific so it be pretty hard to generate an automated response to that.
