How do you get the Tooltip validation errors to be displayed next to the field
with the error without having to move the mouse over the field. I've found that
many users don't even notice that there was an error even though the field is
highlighted in red, so they don't move their mouse over the field and see what
the error is. I wish it were a simple property on the validator but it's not.
