Default Dynamically Resize Table when browser window resizes

Hi, I have a HTML page and I have three panes in it. The top pane and the left
pane are plain html pages, but the right pane consists of a flex table. When I
resize my browser I am unable to get scroll bars into the table. Is it
possible?

My second question is: Can someone give me hints on how to center justify a
column heading, but not the contents of the column. By default, I am getting
this - if the column heading is right justified, all my cells in the entire
column are being right justified. I want to change the behaviour. How to do it?

Can someone post some code for both my problems? Greatly appreciate any
response.

Greatly appreciate your response. Can you provide me any links for my first
question as well?
