Default Want to learn Flex, what do you recommend?

Hi all,

I have been using Flash for awhile now, I still haven't learned Actionscript
3.0 but I have a couple books on the subject. I am really interested in getting
into Flex and I'm just wondering what people recommend as the best way to
learn. I always have trouble learning without taking a class, does anyone know
a good place for online classes on Flex? Or do you know any good training
sources that use excercises as part of the learning? Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I think Flex 3 Training From the Source is a great way to learn Flex. I
still refer to my copy of the Flex 2 version of that book, a year later.

The best way to learn Flex is to:

1. Go through this FlexBuilder 3 help system topic and all sub-topics,
compiling all sample programs, and playing around with them a bit if you have
lots of time:

Adobe Flex 3 Help

2. Start creating sample apps.
