Default scrollbar always on top ?
when resizing the browser window I have a tile component with a scrollbar that
sometimes moves under another component.
Is there any way to specify in Flex that a particular component should always
remain on top ?

Possibly listen for an updateComplete event on the window and then use setChildIndex(child,ndx) to bring the scrollbar to the front.
