Default Few Flex-Amazon S3 questions

So I'm a flex noob and I'm working off the example code from the Amazon S3E
program from the adobe site. I'm slowly picking my way through it, but I'm
wanting to connect directly to one of my buckets instead of have a list of
them, and I must admit, I'm lost. Would anyone be able to provide me with some
insight on how I might do this?

Thanks
