Default Header and footer template
I would like build an app with a header and footer which will be used. What is the best practice for this type of layout?
Any template I can use? Thanks.

Lots of ways, depending, but consider mx:Application with layout="absolute", then using a header and footer components positioned using "top" and "bottom" constraints.
