Flash 10 Player Doesn't Work with IE7

I can't get Flash 10 Player to work on my IE7. My operating system is XP Pro.
Flash 10 Player works fine on Mozilla FireFox and Safari on the same PC where I
can't get IE 7 to work. I follow all the directions in Tech Brief tn_19166. I
even under-installed and re-installed IE7 it and still didn't make work. Click
on this link http://www.dubinphotos.com/errormessage.jpg to see the error
message I received it when trying to open up a website that has flash content.
BTW - before I uploaded Flash 10 Player, my 9 player worked fine on this PC.

I have the exact same issue. Windows XP Pro SP3, Flash Player 10. Anything
using Flash is Slow in sound and distorted as though in an echo chamber. Even
Youtube is slow and distorted.

Please help. Thanks
