Default Exporting Frames to BMP

I'm working in flash with a small 100 frame movie. The application that I am
using the "movie" for uses 100 frames in bmp format. As opposed to exporting
individual frames, is there a way to export all 100 frames in sequential order
named "0-100" respectively?

I hate to waste 45 minutes to an hour export frame by frame.

Does flash have a export multiple frames to multiple images function?

Thanks for your time

Urami,

:-) Sorry, I did laugh......

I have a problem wich does perhaps not look like this.
I want to load my one.swf into a main.swf and then create a
bitmap(Data) from every frame of one.swf.

AS3.

Can you help me with this one?
