convert SWF to MPG or MPEG

hi guys.. i did my small project in flash and i need to convert my SWF
file to MPG or MPEG

is there any free software or is there any options to convert in
flash..?

Did you google "freeware video conversion programs"? You can export
your flash as a MOV, then convert form there to other formats.

I just googled "convert mov to mpg freeware" and found a bunch of
links. I personally use Premier, but that is obviously not free. I
have never tried any of the freeware converters so I have no
preference of one over the other.
