Default Create SWFs from an SWF-file on server

Hi,

My client wants an image/animation editor that would be used purely through a
browser window (no downloadable parts) output SWF-files (and possibly FLA-files
for later editing too). Is this possible at all? What do I need to be able to
do this? Javascript?

The Idea would be to drag and copy objects from the main SWF into a movie clip
object and then export the movie clip object into a separate SWF. All of the
files could be saved and managed on the server so that might save me from some
security issues - I hope.

I found 'SWF Scout' from http://www.bytescout.com. It seems that it might be
the solutions. Does anyone have any experience with Bytescout's products?

Cheers,
-Hannu Kulju
