Default GetURL (no)

fun title yes? yes.

I made a small intro for a friend of mine for her site. I created the small
animation and linked her logo at the end to link to her site

the code i used was:

on (release) {
getURL("put your link here","_blank");
}

I made a movie clip on the maintime line, but a button inside it with the code
on a seperate layer.

so it came out to

on (release) {
getURL("www.test.com","_blank");
}

when uploaded to dreamweaver, it said something about security and didnt allow
the link to work, so i changed it to

_blank to _self

and now when i run it, it nothing opens up. meaning the code does not work at
all. the button hover effect still works, but it doesnt work.

help?

Default Re: GetURL (no)

This works for me - try it;

on (release) {
not_set_yet.onMouseDown = function() {
};
getURL("http://www.your site to link to.com");
}
