Default Geting FW layers on CD X3

Hi there guys...

Please help out on this one!!!
I have been using FW for 3 months now as a rookie web designer. Recently some
guy from a printing company asked me to send him a big PNG file with over 20
Layers to him. So I did. But when he try to open it in the X3 CorelDRAW, he
could not access the layers. He had a flat image.
So I ask:

HOW CAN I EXPORT THE FW LAYERS FOR COREL?????

Oh Jeez. Fireworks won't export to a Corel format natively, and I'm not sure
what Adobe formats that Corel can open. You can save as Illustrator 8 and PSD
while keeping the layers intact. You can also export layers as seperate files,
but they'd individually be flat.

Jim might have other ideas, everyone here calls him "the Oracle".

The AI export probably won't be suitable, because the version support is
so low. PSD might be your best option if you are using CS3.

Also worth mentioning (and forgive me if this has already been dealt
with) but the default printing res for an FW file is 72 ppi. If you've
been working at that res, the resulting file won't be suitable for
printing anyway if it has bitmaps in it. If it's all vectors, you should
be able to resample the file to a suitable printing resolution. FW will
probably slow down noticeably when working with the high-res file.
