have a look at this when you have time..
its funny..

bcos it looks like its a gotcha.....
means works as advertised or documented
but
it does not work as expected.

I should thank you for your help tooo..

just one comment ..
whenever we try to use user input.. anywhere directly or indirectly
try using
KT_escapeAttribute()
to avoid SQL injection kind of attacks..

my application is intranet only...... so it shouldn't matter much to me.
