Default Design View

I've probably done something stupid here;

Our IT manager replaced our server over the weekend (incase this has anything
to do with it)

On friday my site was all fine

I opened it today to continue to work and found I had to remap the site
file... No problems

However;

I know can only view the code in either the code or design view

When I preview the page in a browser - which when i do is fine

I 'can not' see anything in the design view graphically???

Have I done something daft???

Rich

But they do display in a browser preview

Banging my head against a brick wall here

Rich,

This is a long shot, but make sure that this setting is ON:

View > Style Rendering > Display Styles

Hi Rich,

Did you ever get an answer here? I have had this problem when adding in an
include file from time to time. By removing the include link the page sometimes
comes back in simple terms meaning I have added something wrong in the inlcude.
I have been able to get around this but was hoping you have a technical answer
given to you.

Rich,

Make sure that your include file does not have any <html>, <head>, or
<body> tags. It should have only an HTML "snippet".

HTH,
Randy

No problems there Randy. I have looked at teh code over and over and can't see
why Dreamweaver would not shold the items in design view. All I see is a blank
table but nothing else. Load it up onto teh internet and everything reads fine.

I do get a message to correct invalid HTML when I open the page. Do you think
this is it and what do I need to do. It is all Dreamweaver code.

Not sure if this will apply to Rich's issue but my sulution was in the
overlapping tags. Once they were cleaned up the graphics returned. If you can
Rich set your code view to show errors. This helped a lot.
