Default Please Help WIth Page Positioning

So this point, I have my main page set up as a table that is set to 960 Width.
I have a logo absolutely positioned on it, and on my monitor it looks good, but
on smaller monitors the logo moves and blocks some of the tag line. I have
tried using relative positioning with the logo and I still cant get it to look
okay on smaller monitors. If anyone could walk me through what to do I would
GREATLY appreciate it. I am about to pull my hair out! Thank you in advance!

Before worrying about layout issues, make sure your page is valid HTML.
Currently, it's not -
