Default spry menubars not lining up in IE

here's the site i'm working on:

http://www.bridgestreetdesign.net/gfa/index.html

presently the text in the spry menu is left justified, but when it is set to
right justified, (as the client wants it) a problem crops up in IE6. the drop
down menus appear in the next column to the right (ie, the categories under
ABOUT appear under SOFTWARE, etc. it looks fine in FF and safari.

anyone have any ideas about this? i suppose i can persuade the client to live
with left justified text, but they really want right justified.

thanks.

Hello,

Make sure you set the text alignment in the link style in the
SpryMenuBarHorizontal.CSS.

Like this:

ul.MenuBarHorizontal a
{
text-align: right;
display: block;
cursor: pointer;
background-color: #666666;
padding: 0.5em 0.75em;
color: #FFFFFF;
text-decoration: none;
font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
font-size: 100%;
}

If you set the alignment in the LI style, IE6 will not only align the text
right but it will also align the nested UL's to the right.
These nested UL's are the dropdown menus.
This is why they will drop down with their left edge aligned to the right
edge of the " main button".

Whatever you do, do not highlight the text then use the little text align
icons in the properties window.
This will wrap the submenus in a div with center alignment and really mess
up the menu in IE.

Take care,
Tim

Post Apple Ipods work with Mooza.com

Music Download Sites...

I recently bought a 4Gb Ipod which can store tons of music. The Ipod supports Itunes.com. Does the Ipod limit me to only Itunes?

The reason I ask is because Itunes.com is expensive per song. I mean paying $1.99 per song is simply outside of my budget.

I can download the same music for free via any of the various MP3 Search Engines such as Mooza.net, eSpew.com or 45up.com.

So my question is does my Ipod support sites like Mooza.com ? or eSpew ?

Mods: Apologize to the mods if this question is in the wrong place! Feel free to move it to the appropriate section if necessary.

Note: I tried writing Mooza.com (to no avail...), and they dont seem to have a Forum or Blog to get help from.
