Default ASP.NET - Login page

I need to convert login.asp page to ASP.NET. I cannot find the login server behavior. I am planing to use C#.
There is a server behavior in ASP. I just cannot see in ASP.NET. How you do that?

The login server behavior is not built into Dreamweaver. I've seen a commercial third party extension, but haven't used it:

FYI: ASP.NET is being removed from Dreamweaver for the next version, so don't get too reliant upon any of the built in server behaviors:
