Default Problems with flash appearing

:sad;
I am trying my best to add a flash movie to my web page in dreamweaver cs3. It
will not show up on the web page. The flash file was created for me and works
fine on the cd it was created on. Whe I upload all files to the server. AND try
to run the same page it shows up blank. When I try to insert the .flv file into
the webpage all the javacode goes into my page. I double check the paths, then
save the file. Still no flash movie shows up. I know there is flash on the
server b/c there is another site that has a flash movie in it that works.
HELP!

Check to make sure all the supporting files uploaded. In particular, check
for the Scripts folder and containing file.

Rather than placing the .fla file into dreamweaver, try placing the .swf file
into your page. You have to export the .fla file from flash as a .swf.
In Flash, File/Export/Export Movie/Name your file and make sure you see the
..swf extension.
See, if that could be your problem.

Greetings. I too am having this problem. The Flash Object, now a .swf file, is
essentially a music movie, which is fine when played outside of Dreamweaver.
Having placed the file on my page, when I hit the 'Play' button in thr Property
Inspector, the tune is heard OK, but there is no movie - no image. Does anyone
have an idea what is going on - or not going on? Cheers Mitcherooney
