Default GL2DW

Almost a week after purchasing CS3 Web I am still awaiting the GL2DW extension
so I can migrate my site to Dreamweaver. Even though the website says it was
supposed to be packaged with the product. (see url)
http://www.adobe.com/products/golive/gl2dw.html Does ANYONE have a CD/DVD
version of Dreamweaver that has this extension? It is supposedly a folder in
the Goodies folder on the CD. see ... "You can use a free GoLive extension to
migrate your sites to Dreamweaver. You can copy the extension from the Goodies
folder on the Dreamweaver installation disk (Goodies/Migrating from
GoLive/GL2DW)." IF anyone has this PLEASE speak up. I am sick of waiting on
Adobe to deliver something they claimed was part of the package but is not.

If you purchased the download version of a qualifying Creative Suite 3 edition
(one that includes DW CS3) and you're having trouble finding the GL2DW
extension, please contact Adobe tech support and we will get it to you:

http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/

Note that at this time, the GL2DW extension is only available to customers
that have purchased a qualifying CS3 edition or the DW CS3 standalone version.
The CS3 trial versions will be coming out in 6-8 weeks.

Finally, after finding out that a Web case Customer Support request won't work,
I got through to Tech Support for the GL2DW extension (I bought the download
version to quickly get to work converting our many GL sites to DW, only to find
the extension was not included).

I'm extremely disappointed with the hoop's we have to go through to get this
extension. If I didn't already have GL or DW or both, why would I even need
this extension? Is it really, really necessary to keep this extension so
protected?

Follow-up: Still waiting for the "Level 2 Engineer" to contact me about the missing extension.. almost a week later.

Very poor form, Adobe. Not your usual stuff here.

Hi Bret

Sorry for the delay. I believe a couple of techs have already contacted you
and given you the extension.

Hi all - I purchased the Master Collection back in July, but only now am I
dealing with migrating some of my websites over to Dreamweaver. I can't find
the GL2DW extension anywhere, either on my install disks or online (why is
something like that hard to find? shouldn't it be readily available?)....
anyway, I need someone, anyone, to send me this extension because I've just
installed all my CS3 software on a new laptop and NO LONGER have GoLive.. I
assumed that the GL2DW was easy to access and have only installed a trial
version of GoLive in order to transfer everything..

Well, this is a long-winded way of saying that I now have very limited time to
transfer these files over - please help me get this extension asap.

Thanks, all.

Jack

I just found out I may need this extension to finish a project I'm currently working on. Is there an easy way to get it?

Bret or anyone - I've heard nothing yet about this - HOW CAN I GET THIS
EXTENSION????? I paid some serious bucks for the Master Collection and I'm in
danger of being derailed by the lack of a tiny extension. Please help me and
send me this asap.
