has anyone found a quick way to get this extension? Or has this issue been
resolved.

I haven't made any purchases yet, but this could be something I need shortly
and want to know if I need to get this now just in case later on I can't get
the extension. That way there is no waiting period when I really need to do
work.

Friend, to date I have received nothing from Adobe - no extension, no replies,
nothing. I've looked all over in order to obtain this elusive extension and
came up with nada. To say that I am disappointed is an understatement.

Jack, I am not at all sure about what you see on this forum but I think that
you probably can see back to my original post (DCAVR on 04/17/2007)
Immediately following that post was a reply from the Adobe Tech David Alcala
and I called the tech line and got the help by someone calling me and directing
me to a one time use Web site to download what was needed. The key here I
believe is that it required you be helped directly by an Adobe Tech person to
get the extension. This is what I remember. He said it really wasn't really
even needed it just set up a couple of things but we went through a process
anyway. I have long ago deleted my Go-Live and I have no clue what we did
almost a year ago now. The only thing I have left is a folder in my downloads
section that I called GL2DW that had a pdf file , several html files and a
card.ste file (whatever that is) My suggestion is pay for the service call and
let them help you migrate your files and if the GL2DW thing is still needed and
you have legitimate copies of everything you are supposed to have to do this
then they will walk you through going to a special web site and doing it. I
certainly couldn't tell anyone how to do it if my life depended on it now.
