Default Nesting Spry CollapsiblePanel
When nesting a Collapsible Panel with in a Collapsible Panel the
CollapsiblePanelTab does not toggle between the open and closed state.
I start the tab in the closed state, but when viewed in the browser, it is
starts set to the open state. Then it does not change after selecting it.
However, the content div does open and close.

Does this widget support nesting?
