Default Value of a textbox

Hello all,

e.g.
Someone enters some text in a textbox within a form.
He/she then goes to another page without sending the formdata.
He/she comes back to the same page with this form.
Now all the text is gone and he/she must enter all the text all over again.

I know there's a way to make sure that all the text is still present when
someone returns to the page with the form, but i can't seem to find out how.

Does anybody know how to do this in dreamweaver

The pagename is - contact.htm
The action file is - checkform.php
The formname is - frmcontact
One of the fieldname's is - txtbReason.

I use Dreamweaver MX 2004
