Default Help, I need a way to make my "Submit" button work

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a script or something to make a "Submit" button work on a
from. I just want to send the info. to an email address. Anyone know of a
script that will do the job?

My website is hosted on a Windows box running IIS 6.0. I am using
Dreamweaver 8 and I have a "Contact Us" form that has text fields that a
visitor can fill in with their name, phone number (optional), email address
and comments.

There are two buttons on the form, a "Send Information" button and a "Clear
Form" button. I can delete them and just add a "Submit" button if I need
to.

Thanks for any and all help!

Clayton
