Default Upgrade problem MX2004 to Cs3

I have recently changed PC and also upgraded to CS3. I have created a new site
in CS3 for an ASP site I had previously worked on in MX2004 and also
established a data connection etc. When I preview some of the pages in Explorer
I am getting various internal server errors and I am toattly lost as to why
this should be. The following is an example of where the code is hanging up.
Line 8 is where the error message is generated.

7.Set rsSitesq = Server.CreateObject("ADODB.Recordset")
8.rsSitesq.ActiveConnection = MM_Samson_STRING

Is there a set method for importing from earlier Dreamweaver packages or can
anyone help me to understand where I am going wrong?

Steve
