Default Dependent Drop Down

I'm using Dreamweaver CS3 and have the Developer Toolbox.

I was successfuly able to use it to create a Dependent Drop-down.

So, I can select the name of a state in the first box, and then have it show
up with a list of cities in that state in the second box.

But, that is as far as I can get it to go.

What I'd like to be able to do is select one of the cities in the second box
and have it open a specified page (and at the same time carrying forward a
variable of the CityID so that when the specified page opens it has the info
for that city).

Can someone help me out with this, please?

Thank you.
