Default Live Data Error

Hi,

I'm going through the dreamweaver tutorial on developing an asp web
application and it is going ok until i go to the live data preview.

I'm getting a live data error as follows "An error occurred while
requesting the document from the testing server: An error occurred on the
server when
processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator."

I have checked the remote info and testing server settings and they look
fine.

I am using IIS on windows vista. The inetpub folder and all subfolders on my c
drive are marked read only. I tried making them so they aren't read only but
vista resets them back....but not sure if this is the problem anyway.

Anyone else out there run into this and have a solution?

Note: this exact post was posted almost a year ago by PatrickU...but was never
really resolved

Thanks for any help!!
