I'm far from an expert in CSS and layout design. I've got a simple template
with left navigation defined in a DIV. Inside that box I've got boxes for sitewide links and another box for sectionwide links. The nested DIVs are set to not overlap in the CSS. When viewed in the browser view of Contribute (or the web browser in general) they show and position just fine. However when opening the page in edit mode (in Contribute v2) the boxes are right on top of each other. This keeps the users from being able to read much less edit the links. Is this a problem with Contribute? Or is it likely a problem with my CSS? |

Here's some screenshots that show the behavior and the URL.

I think it's the Fact that Contribute 2 has problems with the new css. In Adobe
Contribute CS3 your page displays fine and I can edit without any problems. Sadly I don't have version 2, so I can't help you on adjusting the css for version 2, since I can't test it. |

Thanks for looking at it ThinkInk. I was fairly sure it was Contribute 2's
edit mode that was causing the problem since everything displays in the browser. Guess I'll be forced to upgrade all the users to Contribute CS3. :-/ |
