We assign a user as publisher to a website but user says that she doesn't have
the authorization.

When we check the authorization for that website, we can't see the user under
Publishers. So we try to re-assign her as publisher but her name taken from
LDAP is shown disabled like she's already Publisher.

Nevin Ozmel (Publisher) ---> Disabled

So we have no way to make that user publisher again. We've even deleted that
website from CPS and re-created but that didn't work eighter.

Any suggestions about solving this problem please?

I guess you are adding the users which are there in the LDAP.
Do you get "Nevin" when you click on Add button and searching for the user in
LDAP while administering the site in Contribute?
