Default Using Contribute through remote desktop

Hello,

I am having an issue with Contribute not working through Remote Desktop. More
Specifically ther Windows SBS 2003 Remote Workplace. When the user is in the
office the application works. When they access their computer from home the
software Faults and closes.

Any Ideas?

Hi Eric,

Did you ever get to the bottom of this issue?

We are having similar problems using the Remote Desktop client published as a
Citrix app so users can access their workstations from home to use Contribute,
and having the application fault with a DLL error when testing remote desktop
connections between Windows XP Pro workstations on the local network.

The fault code produces no hits at all on Google for me.

Cheers,
Steve
