Because of the type of question you are asking, I really think it better that
you download the trial version and experiment to find those answers yourself. The http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/in...vate&loc=en_us. There is no "maximum" static or full-motion slides. Then again, there is. The "How Many and How Much" answers you seek are dependent on your end-user's machines, your development PC, your IT requirements, your end-users bandwidth (when applicable) - too many considerations for someone else to even attempt to answer your specific questions without spending a lot of time learning everything about you and your situation. Captivate has text-entry interactivity built-in, with which you can create some degree of protection, though perhaps not the kind of protection you want, since you mention encryption (or I assume that is what you mean with the reference to "crypto"). best advice I can offer ... larry |

You can set an expiration date for the Captivate swf...but that's about
as close as you can get. Regardless, as Steve says, it's a SWF - and displaying on your screen - so the content can be ripped one way or another no matter what... I've a solution that encrypt this files and decrypt in projector, using AS, and I would like to know if would have another solution. Maybe using solutions like Sofware Passport, for example. How about you try dropping your Captivate project into Flash then encrypting it? I would expect it to work, but you never know without testing ...
